Elegant and luxurious modern villa with private bay and infinity swimming pool
Set into a rocky hillside in the Pollenca peninsula of Mallorca, Villa Beltran is a modern luxury property, which overlooks the pretty bay of Formentor.
Built over four stories, the seven-bedroom villa was designed by award-winning architect Luis Garcia Ruiz to complement its natural surroundings. The villa boasts a garden-lined pathway leading directly to a private bay where guests can tether a boat at the dock, top up a tan on the sun loungers, or take a dip in the crystal-clear waters.
A large infinity pool overlooks the waters, and guests can also take in the sea views from the sauna or well-equipped gym, both with panoramic windows.
There are plentiful spaces to relax outdoors, including sun loungers on the pool deck and the rocky private bay area. A shaded outdoor living area features comfortable sofas, day beds, a large outdoor dining table, and ceiling fans for comfort. Guests can enjoy a drink or al fresco meal, relax with a holiday read, or simply lie back and take in the surroundings.
Further outdoor living areas can be found on the balconies, so there is plenty of space to entertain and socialise with friends and family, or retreat to a quieter space to relax in peace.
Floor-to-ceiling glass walls allow for stunning views from any room in the house and allow light to flood the interiors. The design is sophisticated yet homely with wood and concrete finishes, combined with classic and contemporary artworks and décor throughout.
The entrance floor is home to the main living and dining area, as well as one of the villa’s two fully-equipped kitchens. The space leads directly out to the lounge and dining terrace, creating a seamless transition from inside to out.
A second living and dining area with a second kitchen can be found on the ground floor, providing separate living spaces ideal for groups of families travelling together, or those with teens who want more independence.
The seven double bedrooms are spread out across three of the property’s floors. Two double suites with private balconies are located on the top floor, two double suites are on the entrance floor, and three double bedrooms are on the lower floor.
With its seafront location with private bay, vast outdoor living spaces, and modern and spacious interiors, Villa Beltran is the perfect choice for a luxury holiday on the beautiful island of Mallorca.
Note: Caretakers live on site, in separate suite with staff service area.

Location
Villa Beltran is located in the Pollenca peninsular, in the northeast region of Mallorca. The property overlooks the pretty bay of Formentor.
The Pollenca peninsula is home to pine forests, nature reserves, rocky bays, and pretty, sandy beaches. Its dramatic cliffs jut out into the sea and seabirds nest in the rock formations. Visitors can walk to the top of Cap de Formentor to visit the clifftop lighthouse – the highest in the Balearic Islands – and enjoy views over the waters and surrounding islands, all the way to Menorca on a clear day.
The town of Pollenca is made up of pretty boutiques and winding lanes, perfect for exploring. The 18th century Nostra Senyora Del Angels church can be found in the main square, whilst the nearby Convent de Sant Domingo is home to the Museum of Pollenca.
Nearby Formentor features beautiful Blue Flag Beaches and a grand hotel. Neighbouring Alcúdia is home to the neo-Gothic Sant Jaume Church built into the walls surrounding the well-preserved town.
Palma is just an hour’s drive away and visitors can enjoy stylish bars, trendy cafes and restaurants, and chic fashion boutiques.
