A traditional villa in sun-kissed Mallorca
Sa-Terra Rotja is a luxurious villa comfortably nestled within the pristine estate of Son Bunyola, on the iconic island of Mallorca. Mallorca is a famous and intensely visited by sun-seeker holiday makers. However, guests staying at Sa-Terra Rotja will be enjoying a memorable holiday as secluded as the location of this property, while enjoying the proximity of the more touristy and bustling villages.
This luxurious property has all the facilities for a totally fascinating sunny escape in Mallorca for a group of eight friends or family members. The property features its own heated private pool, a spacious terrace ideal for sunbathing, an al-fresco dining area, and impressive views over the Mallorcan coast and mountains.
The interior of this villa is light and airy and features a fully equipped kitchen and a dining and living area, as well as four en-suite bedrooms. Three en-suite bedrooms are found on the ground level, while the master suite is on the upper level. All bedrooms have impressive views and feature high-quality furnishings that convey a luxurious and relaxed feel.
Guests will not be short of options for pastimes, whether they want to relax or get up and be active. A team of dedicated staff can arrange spa treatments as well as other sporting activities. Hiking expeditions, cycling journeys, sailing, kayak and canoe tours, as well as deep sea fishing, are just some of the activities that can be organised for guests. Although the Son Bunyola estate is secluded, guests can also wander beyond it and discover the pretty Mallorcan villages that host museums, art galleries, boutique-style shops, and cafes.
The other villas within the estate are Sa-Punta de S’Aguilla and Son Balagueret.
