Tucked away on this pristine estate, Villa Sa-Punta de S’Aguila provides spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains. The external architecture of the villa and landscaping respectfully complement the surrounding scenery. Outside this villa there is a heated swimming pool which is accompanied by comfortable sun loungers, an al fresco dining area adjoined by an outdoor bar and a lovely grass area ideal for children’s play. The villa also boasts a spacious terrace with ample sitting making this the ideal place to relax with friends and family.
Built in traditional Mallorcan style, the villa features exposed wooden beams and terracotta tiled floors which make the property altogether charming. This holiday home features a professional kitchen where your private chef will prepare meals tailored to your tastes. Up to ten guests can comfortably be accommodated in the five en-suite bedrooms which are elegantly furnished and have adjoining private terraces overlooking the sea.
Although the villa is best suited for a peaceful holiday, there is also scope for more dynamic activities. For example, guests can play tennis on the shared tennis court, or engage in a hiking expedition through the mountainous landscape. Equally, the dedicated staff can assist with cycle hiring, booking sailing trips or kayak tours to name just a few.

Sa-Punta de S’Aguila is part of the luxurious Son Bunyola estate on Mallorca. Although secluded, it is close to many charming villages that are home to art galleries, museums, traditional restaurants, shops and many beaches.
Mallorca is considered without doubt one of the most idyllic place in the Balearics. With its impressive mountainous landscape rolling into the blue sea, it is the ideal place to enjoy a memorable holiday.
The closest town to Son Bunyola is Banyalbufar, where the 16th-century Torre del Verger sits imposingly on the edge of the mountains and provides spectacular coastal views.
Valldemossa is arguably the prettiest village in the West Majorcan Tramuntana range and is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. The most famous landmark is the 13th-century monastery, Reak Cartuja de Valldemossa, which hosted famous composer Frederic Chopin.
Esporles is a chic village situated 20 mins’ drive from the estate, featuring the important historic mansion and museum.
Deia is a beautiful, traditional coastal village in Mallorca, situated only 40 minutes away from Son Bunyola. The village has an art-rich history, having played host to many international artists.
Cala Deia beach is a famous traditional cove-like beach, abundant in local restaurants serving meals from the traditional Mallorcan cuisine.
