Located on a remote hilltop in Umbria, on the border with Tuscany, the elevated location of this converted ancient farmhouse offers panoramic views over the rolling Tuscan countryside.
Guests can relax in this traditional holiday home while enjoying the finest of modern amenities such as a heated swimming pool with pergola and sun loungers. The garden also sports a large table, ideal for aperitifs as the sun is setting or barbecues with friends and family.
Guests will fall in love with the cosy and warm interior that has been superbly decorated, merging old and new styles. The owners have carefully chosen high-end furniture and antique pieces such as the imposing doors and the 18th-century oak-beamed ceilings and terracotta floors.
The spacious living room features two sitting areas, a stunning stone fireplace and large windows to enjoy the surrounding landscapes whilst indoors.
The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the pergola, making it perfect for hosting dinner parties.
The house has four bedrooms including one twin bedroom (which can be converted into a double bedroom) with an independent bathroom on the ground floor and the three double bedrooms on the first floor. Guests can choose to go upstairs via either an internal or an external staircase.
For larger groups, Villa Ada can be rented with its three bedroom guest house, which is just 40 metres away.

Villa Ada is located just outside of Spedalicchio in Italy’s Umbria, a stone’s throw from the Tuscan border.
Visitors can easily explore fascinating medieval towns, go to gourmet restaurants and trattorias, play golf, go wine tasting and take leisurely walks in the quiet countryside.
