With over 50 hectares of land, there is plenty of space for relaxation and entertainment. A cypress-lined driveway immerses guests in the Umbrian atmosphere right from the start. Verdant lawns stretch past perfectly-manicured gardens, down to the neat rows of the vineyard.
The 20-metre infinity swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing dip before lazing on sun loungers, or enjoying poolside drinks and canapes whilst watching a spectacular sunset.
Around the villas are over 300 square metres of furnished terraces with Italian stone tiles, offering the perfect place to relax in the sunshine and enjoy outdoor al fresco meals. There is plenty of seating, including plush sofas, cosy coffee table settings, and outdoor dining tables overlooking the green valleys and sprawling gardens.
In the main villa, guests can relax in a spacious, open-plan living area. Plush sofas surround a crackling fireplace, an elegant 10-seater dining table is perfect for social meals, and large windows allow for views of the gardens and beyond on all sides. There is also a modern, fully-equipped kitchen for preparing tasty Italian feasts.
In the main villa, the four well-appointed bedrooms all feature king-size beds, a living area with a sofa, and an en-suite bathroom. White walls with contrasting linens and soft furnishings create a homely atmosphere from which to enjoy the breathtaking surrounds. The ground floor bedroom leads straight out to the garden, whilst the first-floor rooms each have large windows offering panoramic views.
The guest house comprises two separate apartments, each with a double bedroom, a living room, and a separate entrance, perfect for those looking for a little independence.
The guest house is also home to the underground wine cellar where guests can enjoy tastings of the Villa La Bucher wines.
Moreover, just 150 metres from the villa is L’Orangerie, a beautiful private venue for weddings and events surrounded by the Umbrian countryside.
