The charming countryside property offers to its guests a luxurious living ideal for their holiday in the south of Tuscany, a region with long beaches, blue sea, verdant hills, and natural thermal baths.
Overlooking the green rolling hills, La Vigna has a tranquil ambience to enjoy the ultimate privacy. To soak up the Tuscan sun, guests can spend their day by the swimming pool that has unobstructed views of the picturesque landscape.
Next to the main house there is the pool house that features an authentic Mediterranean Hammam, offering the perfect place to delight all the senses and feel rejuvenated.
The villa’s interior is beautifully decorated, boasting large common areas with an ample sitting room, a TV room, and a billiards room. A great place to gather with friends and family is at the dining table in front of the cosy fireplace.
Up to 12 guests can be comfortably accommodated in the villa’s six bedrooms. There are two double and two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
The property also features a dependence only a few metres away from the main villa, sleeping an additional two guests. The dependence has one double bedroom, private shower room, and an open-plan living space with a kitchenette.

Moscatello is located in Maremma, a region rich in art and culture bordering the Tyrrhenian Sea. Located only two hours from Rome and Florence and 90 minutes from Pisa and Siena, the property is in the midst of 1200 acres of protected nature reserve.
The estate offers fun activities and outdoor sports for everyone, from young children with parents to adventure seekers. Nature lovers can choose to go walking on the isolated paths in the woods with rivers and lakes. There are many trails that lead to viewpoints with breath-taking scenery.
For the more adventurous, the estate organises mountain biking and hiking tours to the top of the mountain, as well as horse riding.
There is also a shared tennis court and a football pitch and a nearby golf club.
