Located on the north-west of the Argentario Peninsula, close to Porto Santo Stefano, Villa Cala Moresca is the ideal place for relaxation and quietness, as here time seems suspended. This property is the perfect mix of stunning sea views, beautiful vegetation and amazing sunsets.
The villa has great outdoor spaces to spend the day, with various terraces, sundecks, green spaces and a large, infnity swimming pool, as well as a Jacuzzi. Just 80 metres above sea level, this charming villa has direct access to the sea by foot or guests can be taken by minibus.
The design of the property is unique with its contemporary architecture, great continuity between the interior and the exterior spaces, carefully chosen furnishings and a very sophisticated ambience.
The property is divided into a main house and five independent units providing great living flexibility for an extended family or a large group of friends.
In the main house, the size of living room – extending over two floors – and the stained-glass window are striking. There is another smaller living area where the fireplace adds an intimate and cosy atmosphere. The furniture is very minimalistic and simple.
All the units face the sea and each has a separate entrance. They all feature kitchens or kitchenettes as well as satellite TV, air conditioning, and heating, and most have a comfortable living area. There are four units with two bedrooms, ideal for families, and one with just a double bedroom, affording guests more privacy.

About the area
Villa Cala Moresca is located on the Monte Argentario peninsula on the Tuscan Coast. Its position allows for easy exploration of the picturesque area between the Mediterranean beaches and the rolling hills of Tuscany.
The region offers beautiful turquoise seas, wide beaches of fine sand and pebble coves, natural creeks and flat rocks. The villa’s namesake beach – Cala Moresca – is around 10 minutes’ drive from the property. Moreover, the peninsula’s two main villages – Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole – are both a short drive away.
Porto Santo Stefano the main centre of Argentario. This pretty seaside village features a bustling marina dotted with sailboats and luxury yachts, and an impressive fortress dating back to the 16th century.
The small town of Porto Ercole has a beautiful historic centre with quaint squares and cobbled lanes surrounded by 15th century Sienese walls. From the picturesque Piazza di Santa Barbara, visitors can admire the port below.
