Within the vast grounds is a 25-metre swimming pool overlooking the surrounding countryside and a 1.5 km jogging track for a workout with a view! There’s also plenty of areas for relaxation and socialisation from the poolside sun loungers and sofas to the al fresco dining terrace.

The original building dates back to the 17th century, though it has been lovingly restored and transformed into luxury accommodation set over two floors. Original ceiling beams, tiled flooring, neutral-coloured walls, and red brick elements all combine to create a comfortable and characterful interior.

The spacious first floor living room with its beamed ceilings is the perfect place to relax of an evening. Guests can watch a film from the plush sofas or play a board game by the crackling fireplace. Heading through a brick archway, guests will find a bar area for relaxed drinks.

On the ground floor there is a bright and sunny breakfast room with a large dining table, which adjoins the fully-equipped kitchen.

Guests are accommodated in six comfortable double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. One bedroom on each floor may be converted to a twin room on request.

Wellness is a real focus at the villa, which is exhibited by the indoor spa; it features a heated swimming pool with hydromassage, a sauna, a hammam, sensory showers, and a relaxation area overlooking the gardens.

The property shares a border with Parco Villa Trecci, to which guests have access on its opening days. The bio-sustainable Mediterranean gardens are filled with nearly 400 species of plants, a pretty lake, vineyards and olive groves, perfect for a relaxing stroll in nature.
