A beautifully restored Tuscan farmhouse, effortlessly combining a traditional feel with modern features for a luxury countryside escape
Tenuta La Ripa is a beautifully renovated country estate in Tuscany. Comprising two separate villas, the property sleeps up to 12 guests. It’s ideal for several families or groups of friends travelling together and looking for the perfect blend of private and communal spaces.
Bordered by an ancient oak forest, the villa offers privacy and serenity on its five-hectare grounds. Verdant lawns are dotted with bushes and flower gardens, whilst a fruit garden provides the perfect place to lay a picnic blanket in the afternoon sunshine.
Heading down the sloped lawn, guests will find a 15-metre swimming pool sheltered by a rock wall and flanked by sun loungers. At one end of the pool is a shaded lounge area for post-swim relaxation.
Between the two villas is a pretty terrace where guests can enjoy al fresco meals together in the sunshine. At the back of one villa is a shaded lounge and dining space offering respite from the sun and the perfect place for a game of table tennis.
Each villa also has its own private outdoor living spaces, where guests can sip their morning coffee whilst soaking up the views.
The property exudes rustic charm with a façade of stone, brick, and artisanal woodwork. Indoors, this charm is amplified with exposed ceiling beams, brick archways, and cosy fireplaces throughout. Walls painted in pale yellows and eggshell shades are beautifully complemented by colourful sofas and traditional dark wood furnishings.
Each villa features spacious living rooms, an elegant dining room, and a fully equipped dine-in kitchen.
One villa offers a double and a twin room, whilst the second offers two doubles and two twins. All six bedrooms feature en-suite facilities, plus several boast walk-through wardrobes for an added touch of luxury.
With its sprawling grounds, traditional interiors with modern touches, and magnificent countryside views, Tenuta La Ripa is the ideal choice for those seeking a luxury escape to the Tuscan countryside.
