The villa’s outdoor swimming pool is a real highlight of the expansive garden. It features a hydromassage area, counter-current swim jets, solar heating, and even an underwater sound system! Surrounding the pool is a paved deck with sun loungers, perfect for drying off and soaking up the rays post-swim.
Throughout the gardens there are also several spaces for relaxing and socialising, including furnished terraces and a shaded outdoor lounge. Amongst the beautiful olive trees there is a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, large gas stove, a fridge, and a spacious outdoor dining setting.
Adjoining the villa, a large spa and fitness suite is well-equipped with everything needed for a proper wellness session. A fully-fitted gym boasts Technogym equipment and a TV with Virtual Trainer feature and is separated from the spa area by soundproof glass. In the spa area is an eight-seater hydromassage Jacuzzi with chromotherapy, a Biosauna, a Turkish bath, an emotional shower, and a relaxation area. The sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation areas all have their own sound systems.
Moving indoors, there is a spacious living area with lounge seating, a flat-screen TV, and an eight-seater dining table, along with sliding doors to allow the light and fresh breezes through. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen perfect for preparing tasty meals.
There are six well-appointed bedrooms, most with double beds and en-suite facilities. The master bedroom boasts an in-room Jacuzzi and a steam sauna in the shower room. Ideal for families with children, there is a suite with a double bedroom adjoining a small twin room and sharing a family bathroom.
Just 150 metres from the villa is the exclusive Marina Piccola Beach Club, which villa guests have access to throughout their stay. The beach club has a large park, a swimming pool and a beach area equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas.

About the area
Villa Smeralda is located in Punta Lada in Sardinia, just a few minutes from Porto Rotondo and around 100 metres from the beach. Guests have exclusive access to the nearby Marina Piccola Beach Club, which features a large park, a swimming pool and a beach area equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas.
Porto Rotondo is known for its white sand beaches, sparkling blue waters, and large marina filled with luxury watercraft. Inland, rolling hills offer a stunning landscape for hiking and cycling.
The area is not as well-known amongst tourists as other regions of Sardinia, giving it a more authentic feel. However, it is far from short of fine dining restaurants, charming cafes and vibrant nightlife spots to be enjoyed.
