About the area
The Nest Penthouse Apartment is located in the heart of Rome, overlooking the world-famous Spanish Steps, which are within walking distance. The Barcaccia or “Sinking Boat” Fountain in the piazza lies right beneath the balcony of one of the apartment’s suites.
The entrance to the apartment is on Via Condotti, the ancient Roman street known nowadays for its fashionable shops from all of the big designers. It is also the site of one of Rome’s best known historic cafes, Caffe Greco, which has served a host of historical and famous figures since its establishment in 1760. A freshly-brewed coffee and indulgent pastry in the café is an experience not to be missed.
