The property occupies five hectares of private land with vast, landscaped gardens offering plenty of space to relax or entertain in the sunshine. There is a large heated swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and a bar, perfect for poolside drinks or soirees.
Surrounding the villa is a wraparound terrace, which features a shaded outdoor lounge setting where guests can enjoy a morning coffee or sit back with a holiday read. Beside this is the outdoor kitchenette and dining space complete with a wood-fired pizza oven, ideal for cooking up an Italian feast to be enjoyed al fresco.
Indoors, the villa features top quality furnishings and décor including plush seating in the lounge and a beautiful dining table perfect for more formal meals. The living space is open-plan, though the lounge and dining areas can be separated by mirrored doors, for a more intimate atmosphere.
Each of the three bedrooms – two on the ground floor and one on the first floor – has a private entrance from outside. They all feature flat screen TVs, en-suite facilities and luxurious bedding, making them a comfortable haven to retreat to at the end of each day.

Located just over 1 km from the Masseria, it’s the perfect venue for private events.
