Located on the hills of Lefkada, Villa Escape View is a luxurious and modern property overlooking the blue waters of the Ionian Sea, the Gulf of Nydri, and the Island of Scorpios. Comprised of two separate villas, each with a mix of private and communal spaces, it’s the ideal property for several families or groups of friends travelling together.
Vast, multi-level terraces stretch across the front of the property, offering plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying the Greek sunshine. There are two swimming pools – one 47 m² and one 15 m² – plus a six-person Jacuzzi with built-in seating and a centre table, perfect for resting a glass of bubbly.
There are various outdoor living areas, including a roof terrace, an open-air lounge, a covered lounge with a cosy fire pit, a spacious balcony with an outdoor fireplace, and plenty of poolside sun loungers.
Guests can enjoy al fresco meals in several separate outdoor dining spaces, including a shaded poolside dining space with an outdoor kitchen equipped with a bar and a gas barbecue, a second grassy dining area with a charcoal barbecue, and more intimate balcony dining areas.
The villa was designed to blend harmoniously with its surroundings and was built using local, natural materials.
The two villas each have their own living spaces. The West Villa features a communal living room with plush sofas around a flat-screen TV and cosy fireplace and a large picture window with sea views. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area with stunning views. Within the East Villa is another living room adjoining a fully-equipped kitchen.
Each villa has three well-appointed bedrooms with en-suite facilities and sea views. In the West Villa are two double bedrooms plus one self-contained studio with a private living room and kitchenette. The East Villa also features two double bedrooms and a maisonette-style suite.
With vast gardens, spacious interiors, and spectacular vistas, Villa Escape View is the ideal choice for families and groups of friends looking for a luxurious Greek Island getaway.
NB: The villa is fully-accessible with only the maisonette bedroom unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.

About the area
Villa Escape View is on the Ionian Island of Lefkada, known as “The Caribbean of Greece” due to its white sand beaches with turquoise waters. It is the only island connected to the Greek mainland via a bridge, making it easily accessible.
The villa is located in the peaceful hilltop village of Fterno, surrounded by olive groves and overlooking the towns Nydri and Vlicho. It has an authentic Greek feel, with the quaint village centre offering just a couple traditional tavernas. However, the lively port town of Nydri is easily accessible, just 15 minutes away by car.
The capital Lefkada Town is around 40 minutes’ drive from the property. It is the island’s main hub with its traditional tavernas dotted along pretty alleyways, fascinating museums, and historic architecture.
One of the nearest beaches to the property is Vassiliki, which is perfect for windsurfing, kite surfing and other water sports. The west coast beaches are more sheltered, ideal for swimming and sun bathing. The scenic Porto Katsiki and Egremni Beaches are well worth a visit.
Along with a stunning coastline, the island also features a lush, mountainous inland, with verdant forests, tranquil lagoons, and hidden waterfalls. The region is perfect for outdoor lovers with hiking, cycling and mountain biking trails.
