The villa is immersed in lush Mediterranean gardens featuring spacious terraces and an infinity swimming pool directly overlooking the sea. Bedside the pool is a sunken lounge area with a fireplace, ideal for relaxing and taking in the views; in front is a lawned area decked out with sun loungers, perfect for topping up a tan.
There are several other outdoor living areas including the roof terrace with 360-degree views and spacious day beds, perfect for taking in the sunset behind Mount Olympus or stargazing on clear nights. There is also an outdoor cinema perfect for enjoying a favourite film by starlight, and a shaded dining table beside an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area, where guests can indulge in al fresco meals. In addition, guests can enjoy a friendly game of table tennis or boules in the sunshine.
The villa is comprised of a main building, a two-bedroom guest house and a two-bedroom basement apartment, each with modern architectural design features and elegant furnishings.
Within the main building is the spacious living and dining room with sliding glass doors that allow cool breezes and warm sunshine to flow through the interior. Adjoining the living area is the a fully-equipped kitchen, which also has access to the outdoor dining area.
On the basement level is a fully-equipped gym and a spa area with sauna, hammam, and outdoor shower, perfect for post-work-out relaxation. There’s also a cinema room where guests of all ages can enjoy the latest blockbuster.
The master bedroom is set over the first floor of the main villa building and boasts a king-size bed, a dressing room, an en-suite bathroom, a private balcony with garden on one side, plus a second balcony with a Jacuzzi and stunning sea views on the other. It also offers direct access to the panoramic roof terrace, which sits atop the guest house.
Located on the ground floor, the guest house features two double bedrooms with en-suite facilities and sea views. Each room is independently accessed via the pool terrace.
Finally, the basement apartment is comprised of two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a laundry room. With the living area featuring a large smart TV, a PlayStation 5, an electro-acoustic guitar and a board game library, it’s the ideal haven for teens looking for a little extra privacy and independence.

About the area
Villa Dikoarch is located on the Sithonia peninsula of Halkidiki on mainland Greece. The peninsula is known for its laid-back vibe and rugged landscapes with unspoilt beaches and coves, and its dense forests. The nearest town is Neos Marmaras, which features stunning beaches, a vibrant town centre, vineyards, and mountains popular with hikers.
The village of Nikiti is also a short drive away and features a traditional town centre, a folklore museum, and a modern promenade running along its sandy beach with a host of restaurants, cafes and bars to enjoy.
With almost 100 beaches on the Sithonia peninsula, snorkelling, diving and wind surfing are all popular activities. Visitors can also rent a boat to explore the quieter beaches and nearby islands. Inland, the mountainous terrain is perfect for hiking and mountain biking. There is also the 100-kilometre Sithonia Circuit – a cycling route that allows visitors to ride around the whole peninsula.
History buffs can visit the Toroni Castle ruins or the 5th century Sofronios Basilica, which is one of the few remaining archaeological sites on the peninsula.
