Villa Nomios
4 Bedrooms — 10 Guests
Luxurious four-bedroom villa with swimming pool, tennis court and helipad, along with exquisite panoramas
Located in Kea, one of most picturesque islands in Greece’s Cyclades archipelago, Villa Nomios is a four-bedroom luxury property. It features exclusive facilities and sleeps up to 10 guests in a stunning location that boasts unobstructed panoramic views and complete privacy.
Built using natural materials and a colour palette complementing its surroundings, the villa seems to have emerged organically from the land and looks natural with stone walls and typical Cycladic whitewashing.
Featuring a large saltwater swimming pool, the exterior of the property continues the theme of minimalism, with the pool resembling a lake, surrounded by large stones. Comfort is a huge factor at villa and surrounding the pool are giant lounging bean-bags and double sun beds, along with a poolside bar perfect for relaxing with a drink after a refreshing dip.
Moreover, there is a courtyard laced with natural stones and a small garden plot, as well as a spacious shaded lounging area, a barbecue, and an outdoor dining area that seats up to 12.
Additionally, there is also a tennis and basketball court, a private helipad, and an organic garden, of which the products can be used onsite.
On the ground floor of the main house is a bright and airy living room with great natural light and a grey brick feature wall, along with comfortable sofas and incredible views. Adjoining the lounge area is a dining room seating up to 12 guests. There is also a minimal yet fully-equipped country-style kitchen.
The lower level hosts the entertainment zone featuring all the facilities synonymous with a luxurious hideaway to keep both young and old entertained. There’s a children’s playroom with a home cinema for movie nights, several games consoles, and plenty of toys and board games. The playroom can also serve as an auxiliary bedroom, sleeping four additional guests on two double sofa beds.
For the fitness enthusiasts there is a gym and hammam, along with a table tennis set for a friendly game, whilst wine connoisseurs will be delighted to find an expertly-stocked wine cellar.
There are three bedrooms in the main house and one double bedroom in a separate guest house, perfect for extra privacy. The main house features a master bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite facilities, and a twin and quad bedroom that share a shower room.
Thanks to its deluxe facilities, Villa Nomios is a great choice for groups of friends and families with children looking to spend a completely relaxing and private holiday in a luxurious home-from-home.

About the area
Villa Nomios is on the island of Kea, known as the “entrance to the Cyclades” as it is the closest Cycladic Island to Attica. The villa is located in Pera Meria where the two most beautiful virgin beaches are: Spathi and Sikamia. It is also very close to Kato Meria where the ancient city of “Karthaia” is located, with all of its amazing temples and columns.
Kea is one of the least known islands of the Cyclades Archipelago, and this is to the benefit of the locals and of the discerning travellers who are keen on having a full immersion in the local culture and a peaceful retreat away from the crowds.
Visitors can rent a small yacht and take a daily cruise to visit all the wonderful beaches and the surrounding areas, including Karthaia, or perhaps one of Kea’s old ancient cities from the Cycladic civilization. Plus, the shipwrecks are perfect for those who love diving!
The nearest islands, including Andros, Tinos, Syros, Kythnos, Serifos, can also easily be reached via yacht.
The fastest way for guests to reach the villa is via helicopter from Athens Airport, which takes just 15 minutes. Alternatively, it is a 25-minute drive to the port and marina in Lavrio where guests can take a 1-hour boat ride or charter a yacht, which takes around 30 minutes to get to the island. The villa is then 15 km from the port.
