Lush, landscaped gardens surround the villa. The gardens are filled with verdant tropical plants and fruit trees, which blend seamlessly into the surrounding rainforest.
A sprawling terrace features a glassy infinity pool lined with sun loungers. A shaded lounge area at one end provides the perfect place to relax and take in the panorama, drink-in-hand, whilst at the other, there is a barbecue area for preparing delicious al fresco meals.
Most of the bedrooms also have spacious private terraces furnished with outdoor seating where guests can enjoy their morning coffee in peace and quiet, with only the tropical birds in the surrounding trees for company.
Guests can enjoy a training session with a view on the outdoor yoga platform whilst breathing in the salty ocean air. There is also a modern gym, fully equipped with everything needed for a great workout.
On the top floor of this luxury villa, a contemporary, open-plan living area is designed for socialising and entertaining. Decorated with minimalist furniture, this elegant space has sliding glass doors along each side, allowing the tropical breeze and sunlight to flow through.
Guests can relax in front of a film in the lounge area or enjoy elegant dinner parties at the central dining table, which overlooks the pool, the forest, and the ocean beyond. The fully-equipped kitchen also offers bar seating for more relaxed meals and drinks.
The four spacious bedrooms are set across the villa’s two floors. Each room has en-suite facilities and access to an ocean-view terrace. One bedroom also boasts a luxurious outdoor bathtub for the ultimate soak in nature.

Villa Sueno is in the exclusive gated community of Escaleras Village in the Puntarenas Province of Costa Rica. The villa is within walking distance of top restaurants and bars and is just a short drive from the nearest beaches.
Costa Rica is a nature lovers’ paradise with abounding national parks, nature reserves and wildlife sanctuaries. Visitors can spot turtles at the Reserva Playa Tortuga, tropical birds in the Oro Verde Biological Reserve, and humpback whales and dolphins in the Ballena National Marine Park.
