A luxurious estate with private beach, wraparound pool and panoramic views
Stretching over 15 acres of hilltop land on the island of Providenciales in Turks and Caicos, six-bedroomed Villa Bajacu offers the perfect location for a luxury getaway. With 270-degree views over the ocean and surrounding tropical landscape, it’s easy to see why its name – which translates to “rising sun” – was chosen.
Surrounded by lush, tropical gardens, the villa offers seclusion and privacy, yet is just a short drive from all of the island’s stunning beaches, great restaurants, and exciting activities.
Following a natural stone path down from the villa, guests will find themselves on their own private beach with sugar-fine sand and a sparkling lagoon. The beach is complete with a jet ski dock, waterfront gazebo, a bar and dining pavilion, a viewing deck, and plenty of day beds on which to relax and soak up the sun.
The front of the villa features a beautiful wraparound infinity swimming pool, where guests can enjoy a dip with a view! Attached to the main pool, is a smaller plunge pool ideal for children. Guests can dry off on the surrounding sun loungers, or take respite from the sun in the poolside pavilion, complete with a hand-thatched ceiling, comfy lounge chairs and ceiling fans. The shaded outdoor dining area is ideal for relaxed al fresco meals, and guests can enjoy canapes and cocktails on one of the many terraces and balconies.
The property also boasts a fully-equipped private gym and a spa pavilion, both with spectacular sea views.
Designed by world-renowned Mexican architect Marco Aldaco, the villa is comprised of a main villa and two guest pavilions. Throughout the interiors, beautiful antiques from China, Indonesia and Africa, along with unique artworks, create a chic yet relaxed atmosphere.
Tropical breezes flow through the high-ceilinged formal dining room, whilst the cinema room features both ceiling fans and air conditioning, creating a comfortable space to relax with loved ones. For those catching up on work emails during their stay, there is a home office with computer as well as high-speed internet throughout the property.
A gourmet kitchen with marble countertops and blue and white tiling is where the villa’s chef will prepare gourmet meals to guests’ tastes.
After a long day of relaxation and pampering, guests can retreat to the luxurious bedrooms, each with a distinctive character. There are four bedrooms in the main house, whilst one bedroom and the master suite are in their own pavilions. Each bedroom boasts a comfortable sitting area with flat screen TV, en-suite bathrooms, and private furnished terraces with spectacular views.
Villa Bajacu offers the ultimate in luxury and with its stunning pools, private beach, and spectacular panoramic views, it’s the ideal choice for a special celebration, or a relaxing getaway with loved ones.

Villa Bajacu is located on the island of Providenciales, in Turks and Caicos. The island is known for its spectacular beaches with sugary-fine white sand and sparkling turquoise waters.
The surrounding waters feature some of the world’s most beautiful reefs, ideal for scuba diving and snorkelling. Lucky divers may even spot pilot whales, humpbacks, or dolphins.
The island’s most famous beach is the world-renowned Grace Bay Beach, which is part of Princess Alexandra National Park. The clear, still waters are perfect for paddle boarding and parasailing. Visitors can also take a leisurely cruise around the surrounding islands to explore more secluded beaches.
The island is a fantastic destination for a host of water sports, from kayaking to kiteboarding, jet skiing to wakeboarding, and sailing to fishing.
On land, visitors can enjoy horse riding in the shallow turquoise waters of Long Bay Beach, golf and tennis at the scenic Provo Golf Course, and jeep or ATV tours across the island.
