Triton Villa is a luxury beachfront villa for rent on the pristine sandy beach of Long Bay in Turks and Caicos. Set towards the southern end of the beach, the villa offers peaceful privacy and stunning views of the sparkling turquoise waters.

In the surrounding area there are only a handful of luxury villas, which each sit on over two-acre lots. Therefore, there is a high level of privacy and serenity with no crowds, resorts, and hardly any people passing by.

Comprised of a main villa and four guest bungalows, the property is ideal for larger groups, sleeping up to 24 guests.

This stunning villa was designed to capture the best of what the area can offer. Unobstructed ocean views are visible from all corners of the property. The 10,000 square feet of lavish beachfront living space is set on an extensive estate that occupies over two acres of lush landscapes and numerous high-end amenities such as an outdoor movie theatre with a fire pit, a Jacuzzi, two swimming pools, private tennis and basketball courts, and a bocce pitch.

To maximise the breathtaking beachfront landscape, the villa features two beach decks, a terrace with unparalleled ocean views, and a more intimate sunset garden and pool on the west side.

The villa offers the perfect venue to host a wedding or a special event with its numerous outdoor living spaces. The large entertainment area located in between the two dining areas creates the perfect environment for social gatherings.

Inside the main villa, the ground floor is home to the common living areas including the open-plan and airy living room and kitchen, allowing a seamless flow between the interior and exterior spaces.

The main villa features seven bedrooms and suites, many of which boast terraces or balconies with ocean views. On the ground floor are two interconnecting bedrooms – one double and one children’s room with two sets of bunk beds – ideal for families.

Upstairs, the master suite includes its own office and walk-in wardrobe, a spacious en-suite bathroom, and a private terrace with ocean views. Furthermore, this floor is home to four additional suites that feature either a balcony or a terrace with beach and ocean views.

Each of the four guest bungalows is comprised of a king-size bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, and a private terrace with ocean views.

From May 2025, the main villa will feature a second master suite, taking the number of bedrooms across the property to 12 in total.

NB: There is construction work being undertaken on the lot next to Villa Triton that may cause some noise disruption for guests up to Jan 2027. Construction hours – Mon-Fri: 7 am-5 pm, Sat: 7 am-3 pm. No construction on Sundays or public holidays.
