Set right on the shores of Long Bay Beach in Turks and Caicos, Haven House offers the ultimate Caribbean escape. Overlooking the white sand beach and turquoise waters, it’s the perfect place to relax and indulge with loved ones.
The property boasts its own private section of beach directly in front of the villa with sun loungers and umbrellas, along with kayaks and paddle boards for guests to make the most of the calm waters.
A heated infinity swimming pool is the focus of the vast outdoor living space. Beside it there is a bubbling Jacuzzi, where guests can soak up the surroundings whilst enjoying a glass of Champagne.
Moreover, on the other side of the villa is a sports and recreation area with a floodlit tennis court, a basketball hoop, and even a giant chessboard to keep all ages entertained.
The spacious terrace overlooking the water offers plenty of areas for relaxing and socialising. There’s an outdoor lounge area with large sofas, a bar for preparing tropical cocktails, and a dining table where guests can enjoy al fresco feasts overlooking the ocean. Another sofa area surrounds a fire pit for evenings spent outdoors, poolside sun loungers are ideal for soaking up the rays during the day, and there is more comfortable seating offering shade on the terrace and first-floor balconies.
The property is comprised of a main villa and a guest house, allowing for additional privacy and group flexibility. On the ground floor of the main house is an open-plan living and dining room with plush lounge seating, and an elegant dining table beside a fully-equipped kitchen. Glass doors run the length of the lounge and open to the terrace, allowing for warm ocean breezes to flow through.
Upstairs there is a second lounge area and an office for those working remotely during their stay. Finally, the lower level is home to a cosy cinema room with a bar, as well as a well-equipped gym.
Five double bedrooms are spread across the ground and first floors, all featuring king or queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, plus several also have terrace access and/or ocean views.
For those seeking additional privacy, there is a separate two-bedroom guest house. It features two en-suite bedrooms, a living and dining room, and a second fully-equipped kitchen. The guest house also offers a private terrace with ocean views.

About the area
Haven House is located on the shores of Long Bay on the south-east coast of Providenciales in Turks and Caicos. The island is known for its spectacular beaches with fine white sand and sparkling turquoise waters.
The island is home to the world-renowned Grace Bay Beach, which is part of Princess Alexandra National Park. The clear, still waters are perfect for paddle boarding and parasailing. Moreover, the surrounding waters feature some of the world’s most beautiful reefs, ideal for scuba diving and snorkelling.
The island is a fantastic destination for a host of water sports, from kayaking to kiteboarding, jet skiing to wakeboarding, and sailing to fishing.
On land, visitors can enjoy horse riding in the shallow waters of Long Bay Beach, play a round of golf at the scenic Provo Golf Course, or take a jeep or ATV tour across the island.
Providenciales is the most developed and populated island in the Turks and Caicos, so there is a host of restaurants from casual tavernas to fine dining, lively bars, and beautiful boutiques to enjoy.
