ÀNI Dominican Republic is a private resort for exclusive use, offering a sanctuary of luxury and tranquillity. This Caribbean paradise, nestled on its own private peninsula, comprises two opulent villas, each offering breathtaking ocean views. With contemporary oceanside living for up to 28 guests, it is perfect for a luxury escape with loved ones or offers an ideal setting for a destination wedding, wellness retreat, or corporate getaway.
Upon entering the property, a wooden walkway leads through lush tropical gardens to the two villas—Villa Amber on the western side of the peninsula and Villa Larimar on the eastern side. The estate offers over four acres of landscaped gardens and lawns to enjoy, with each villa boasting its own vast terraces for al fresco living and dining with a view and sparkling infinity pools lined with sun loungers.
A spacious events pavilion lies at the tip of the peninsula, right on the oceanfront. It features a fully-equipped bar, plush lounge seating, and ample floor space that can be set up as anything from an elegant dinner party table to a dance floor, making it ideal for memorable special occasions with loved ones.
When it comes to on-site activities, guests are spoilt for choice. In addition to the inviting pools, the resort boasts a tennis/pickleball court, giant shuffleboard pitches, a fully-equipped gym with a spa area, and a private artificial beach. For the young (and the young at heart!), there’s a third pool complete with a winding waterslide set behind the villas.
After a day filled with sunshine and activities, guests can retreat to their own private suites to relax in comfort and style. The suites, featuring a sleek tropical contemporary design, are ideally situated on either side of the peninsula to offer breathtaking vistas of the ocean, bay, and lush gardens. The main villas house four spacious suites each, plus there are six independent suites (four in Larimar and two in Amber) for those seeking an extra level of privacy. Each suite boasts a spacious bedroom, a beautiful open-plan bathroom, and a private terrace or garden courtyard.

ÀNI Dominican Republic occupies a private peninsula on the country’s north coast, between the stunning Samaná Peninsula and Cabarete, the birthplace of kite surfing. The peninsula is a haven of tranquillity, with natural coves forming swimming bays on either side. To the east lies the peaceful La Piscina Natural, while to the west, the awe-inspiring rock formations and blowholes of El Hoyo beckon. Just minutes away is the renowned Playa Caleton, with its turquoise waters and pristine sands.
Shielded by the imposing Cordillera Septentrional mountains and backed by dense jungle, this coastal area, celebrated for its amber deposits and golden sands, is known as the Amber Riviera.
The area offers a plethora of activities for every taste. Visitors can enjoy a variety of water sports, snorkel in vibrant coral reefs, or explore ancient Taino ruins. Those staying between January and March could be lucky enough to spot migrating humpback whales from the comfort of the villa.

The nearby coastal city of Puerto Plata is perfect for a day trip with its beautiful beaches and historical sites like Fortaleza San Felipe, a 16th-century Spanish fort. For unbeatable views, a cable car ride up to Pico Isabel de Torres is a must.
