At the edge of the villa’s acre of manicured gardens and lawn, a flight of steps leads down to a little slice of paradise: a private beach cove with crystal-clear waters and soft yellow sand, sheltered by rocky cliffs.
Guests can take a refreshing dip in the heated infinity pool or relax in the adjoining Jacuzzi as flames crackle in the decorative fire bowls. Beside the pool is a large deck perfect for sun bathing.
When it comes to outdoor living, guests are spoilt for choice. From the shaded poolside lounges to the rooftop terrace and cliffside deck, perfect for taking in the views, there is plenty of outdoor space for relaxing and socialising. Furthermore, there are two outdoor dining settings and a barbecue area for al fresco feasts and evening soirees whilst admiring spectacular sunsets over the water.
Floor-to-ceiling glass doors perfectly blend the outside and in, and allow sea breezes and natural sunlight to flow through the open-plan interiors. White walls with warm wooden furnishings and turquoise accents create a stylish beach-chic vibe.
A spacious living room with comfy seating around a flat screen smart TV adjoins to the dining area. Beside the dining room is a stylish, fully-equipped kitchen featuring a breakfast bar and top-of-the-range appliances.

About the area
Villa Kandara is located on Anguilla, frequently hailed as the most beautiful island in the Caribbean. The villa boasts its own private beach, sheltered by cliffs, though there are plenty of larger beaches to explore on the island.
Due to its flat landscape, the sunny island is easy to explore on foot or bike. The coastline is made up of white-sand beaches shaded by palm trees and dotted with colourfully-painted beach bars serving rum punch and barbecues with a backdrop of reggae music, for the ultimate Caribbean experience.
The island’s crystal-clear waters and brightly-coloured reefs are perfect for snorkelling, diving, and glass-bottomed kayaking. Adventurous divers will love exploring over 30 shipwreck sites in the surrounding waters.
Shoal Bay East is one of the island’s most popular beaches, known for its stunning pink-white sand littered with tiny, crushed shells.
A must-do is a visit to the tiny, solar-powered Sandy Island. Hourly boat shuttles run between the islands, often offering the chance to spot the local sea turtles. Another islet well-worth visiting is Prickly Pear Cays, known for some of the best beaches in Anguilla, with their pristine white sand and unbeatable snorkelling and diving spots.
History buffs can follow the island’s heritage trail in the quiet capital of The Valley, or check out the rock art in the Fountain Cavern National Park.
Anguilla’s Clayton J Lloyd Airport is just 25 minutes’ drive from the property. Alternatively, guests can land on neighbouring island St Martin and reach Anguilla by charter plane, private boat or passenger ferry.
