The luxurious Villa Subtilia is a lovingly-restored 16th century farmhouse, sitting on a privileged hilltop location. Guests can enjoy privacy and the most superb views over the rolling country hills and the nearby golf course.
Surrounded by manicured lawns and gardens, a heated infinity swimming pool, and outdoor dining and lounge areas, there is no better place to enjoy a tranquil al fresco lifestyle.
Inside, the countryside property features a cosy atmosphere, and boasts modern facilities such as air-conditioning, sound systems and Wi-Fi, combined with traditional decorative details such as exposed wooden beams.
Providing plenty of scope for privacy and communion, the villa is divided between three separate units, all equally elegant and welcoming.
The main villa features the living and dining spaces, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and six well-appointed bedrooms.
Olive Apartment is comprised of a living room, an eat-in kitchen and two double bedrooms.
This luxury residence is part of one of Italy’s most select private country estates. It features its own restaurant specialising in local cuisine, and guests are granted discounted rates at nearby Antognolla Golf Course, an 18-hole championship course designed by renowned architect Robert Trent Jones Jr.
Additionally, the guests have numerous activities available to enjoy, from yoga and Pilates, to hiking, cycling, or fishing. For utter indulgence, guests can also enjoy wellness therapies in the comfort of their villa.
NB: From the estate entrance there are 3 km of white gravel road to reach the villa. Whilst the road is in good condition, it is not suitable for low-height cars.
