Located just outside of Ostuni, Villa Ludovica is a stunning property for rent for up to 12 guests. Comprised of a main villa and a separate guest annex, it offers flexibility for groups, along with plenty of entertaining and relaxation spaces.
A 15-metre swimming pool is the focal point of the outdoor space; it features a shallow section with hydromassage jets and microbubbles, vibrant night lighting. The pool terrace is decked out with lounge seating, chairs, and sun loungers, ideal for soaking up the rays.
Another highlight of the outdoor space is the roof terrace, which boasts a large heated Jacuzzi, where guests can enjoy a glass of bubbly whilst taking in the spectacular views. The roof terrace also features plenty of lounge seating surrounding a gas fireplace for evenings spent under the stars.
Beside the pool is the main outdoor living area, located under a shady pergola. It comprises a comfortable lounge area, a large, wooden dining table and bar seating, as well as an outdoor kitchen fully-equipped with an oven, a gas stovetop, a wine fridge, and even a dishwasher. There’s also a separate barbecue area for tasty cookouts.
There’s a second outdoor dining table located under the shade of the patio outside the annex, and plenty more spaces to relax on the patios and spacious lawn area. Moreover, younger guests will love the poolside swing and the table tennis set.
The expansive grounds are surrounded by a dry-stone wall affording guests complete privacy, and there are over 80 century-old olive trees adding to the authentic Apulian atmosphere.
Indoors, the main living area features high, arched windows to allow the sunlight to spread through the property, creating bright and airy interiors. Adjoining the spacious living area is a well-equipped indoor kitchen.
The six double bedrooms are spread throughout the main villa and the annex, all boasting en-suite facilities. There are two spacious bedrooms in the main villa, both offering direct terrace access. The annex holds four bedrooms, two of which are adjoining, and one which is located within the stone trullo.

About the area
Villa Ludovica is located just outside the centre of Ostuni in Apulia. The property is surrounded by lush countryside but is just a short drive from some of the region’s beautiful beaches.
Just over five minutes’ away is Ostuni, a city known for its whitewashed buildings, large piazzas, and narrow, winding passageways. Its hilltop cathedral and Episcopal Palace are both worth a visit, if not just for the spectacular views they offer!
The area is well-known for its local cheese and olive oils, which visitors can same at nearby farms and markets. The countryside is perfect for cycling and hiking, whilst the beaches are great for a refreshing dip in the sea.
