Moments away from the private resort beach and sitting directly on the edge of a premier golf course, Villa Lorenne is a modern luxury villa within the Puntacana Resort & Club in the Dominican Republic.
Sitting on the edge of the La Cana golf course, it offers the luxury of wide-open views across the lush Punta Cana landscape directly from its fantastic covered terrace. With room for lounging and outdoor dining, plus a fully stocked terrace bar, guests can enjoy a relaxed day here whilst being taken care of by the villa staff.
Beyond the terrace, a Jacuzzi, a shallow children’s pool, and the main heated pool are all linked together and bordered by a row of sun loungers and day beds, inviting guests to lay back and enjoy the tranquillity afforded by the villa’s serene location.
Inside the villa, guests will barely feel that they are indoors at all. The outside is truly brought in with wide open doors to the exterior, warm natural materials, and indoor tropical gardens.
A double-height entranceway with views up to the open elevated walkway, marble herringbone floors, and a wall of lush greenery welcomes guests. Moving through to the main living space is a lounge area ideal for cosy evenings after busy days and an expansive dining area with space for everyone to enjoy the gourmet meals created by the villa’s private chef.
Three en-suite bedrooms are found on the ground floor, all with their own private garden terrace space, two of which are king-size and a third with two queen-size beds. Upstairs, along the open walkway, are four more en-suite bedrooms. A family room with its own private balcony and lounge area includes two queen-size beds and two lofted twin beds, perfect for those with younger children, with the interconnecting king-size bedroom allowing a further extension if needed. Another double queen-size bedroom shares a spacious balcony with the king room, whilst another king-size room sits on the other end of the walkway. In the middle is the expansive master bedroom. Its balcony, generous lounge area, and wall-to-wall glass doors make it the perfect peaceful escape.
All the en-suite bathrooms have been thoughtfully and elegantly designed, with warm cream marble and natural wood used throughout, luxury rain showers, indulgent bathtubs and a tropical outdoor shower in one of the ground floor rooms, making even a simple morning wake-up routine feel like a spa visit.
With every detail considered and space for both time together and peaceful escapes from the crowd throughout, Villa Lorenne is a wonderful place for a luxury Dominican retreat.
