With a beachfront location in Turks and Caicos, Villa Doma is an idyllic haven for a tropical island getaway. This contemporary villa is an architectural masterpiece with stunning interiors and spectacular ocean views.
A sprawling pool deck spreads across the back of the property. The infinity swimming pool features temperature control and colour-changing LED lights. An adjoining reflection pool is finished in stylish black slate, creating a beautiful contrast to the surrounding wooden decking. Sun loungers and sumptuous day beds line one side of the pool, flanked by lush greenery offering shade and privacy.
A pergola-shaded outdoor lounge and dining area is ideal for post-swim relaxation and outdoor dining. Behind the pergola is a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a wood-fired grill.
On the other side of the villa, younger guests will love the basketball half-court and spacious paved area, perfect for kicking a ball around.
Just steps away from the pool area is the stunning Babalua Beach. Guests have a private section of beach shielded by shrubbery and shaded by palm trees. Sun loungers and a table tennis set provide space for relaxation and entertainment respectively, whilst a wooden pathway gives guests access to the white sand and glistening turquoise water of the main beach.
Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors right along the villa façade blend the outdoors and in, whilst the 30-foot ceilings create a light and spacious feel. The elegant living space area features plush lounge seating surrounding a flat-screen TV and a beautiful wooden dining table. A stunning double-sided, indoor-outdoor fireplace warms the space, whilst a collage of artworks spreading up the double-height wall adds to the modern feel.
Stretching behind the lounge and dining areas is the modern and elegant kitchen. It is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and features a beautiful and sleek marble kitchen island.
The villa also boasts a games room with table football and table tennis sets, a fully-equipped gym, and paddle boards and kayaks for guests to enjoy.
Across the main villa and the separate garden villa, nine well-appointed bedrooms sleep up to 18 guests. For larger groups, the games room can be converted to a 10th bedroom with a queen-size sofa bed. There are four ocean-view bedrooms with private balconies or terraces split across the ground and first floors, plus three bedrooms on the other side with tranquil garden views.
For those seeking additional privacy, the separate garden villa comprises two queen-sized bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and another chef’s kitchen.
