Featuring the traditional architecture and style of Cycladian design, the villa’s whitewashed walls and clean lines are in dazzling contrast to the royal blue of the skies, and offer an authentic feel with enchanting blue shutters on the windows.
With a large infinity pool in a crystal azure and magnificent panoramas across the bay, guests can enjoy the Grecian sunshine on their face from one of the loungers, take a refreshing dip in the pool, and admire the stunning vistas.
Suitable for lavish gatherings for up to 30 people, the al fresco dining area and lounge areas are on ample terrace space, and share the same delightful views, giving a magical quality to the evening’s proceedings once the sun begins to set over the sea, showing a captivating array of colours across the sky.
Comprised of a neutral colour scheme throughout, with traditional white walls and splashes of brightly-coloured décor create an eclectic style to the interiors. The open-plan design allows natural light to flow through and increases the sense of space. This open design encourages gusts to gather around the kitchen’s central island, preparing meals together, or having a glass of wine, chatting with friends on the sumptuous sofas in the living area.
The elegant dining room seats up to 10 guests under a statement light fitting, offering the perfect setting for a dinner with friends and loved ones.
Three of the six bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one with an en-suite, and the other two sharing a bathroom. Heading upstairs via the smooth, white staircase, the remaining two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, and have a simple and understated yet comfortable style. The sixth bedroom is separated from the main house by a breezeway, making it perfect for those requiring additional privacy, or families with teens.

About the area
Villa Delion is located in Parikia on the island of Paros. It is within easy reach of the town centre, just 10 minutes’ drive or 20 minutes’ walk away. The position of the property and the nearby beaches offer great protection from the Meltemi winds, which are typical in August throughout the Cycladic Islands.
Overlooking the Parikia Bay, and a short distance from the village and port, Parikia is a delightful seafront town, with a charming array of boutiques, bars, cafes and restaurants. There are also art galleries, museums, and the famous Ekantopyliani Cathedral.
There are three nearby beaches, around five minutes’ drive from the property and many more to explore around the island.
The charming fishing village of Naousa in the north-eastern part of the island is definitely worth a visit to explore the narrow, stone-paved streets, its picturesque port, and its array of waterfront restaurants.
