With floor-to-ceiling windows and doors opening up the whole of the ground floor, the separation between indoor and outdoor is almost entirely gone, meaning guests can soak in the fresh air, warmth and sunshine of the island from every part of the main living space. A sleek, modern kitchen leads to both an indoor and covered outdoor dining area, or guests can enjoy a meal with the sand between their toes directly on the beach.
The sumptuous living space features cream and dark wood furnishings in a sophisticated and welcoming design that leads right on to the pergola-covered terrace for guests to unwind in total comfort.

Villa Cabuya is located in an exclusive gated community on the northeastern tip of Providenciales. Just across the waters is Mangrove Cay, which, as the name suggests, is an uninhabited island largely consisting of red mangroves, perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding. An impressive variety of sea and birdlife await discovery in this extraordinary part of the Princess Alexandra National Park.
