Located in the heart of the San Giorgio Estate, the 10-bedroom Villa Aranjaya overlooks the sweeping countryside of Catania.
The outdoor areas are carefully designed, the villa boasts a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and sun beds with umbrellas. The property also features a tennis court where guests can keep active and a sauna accommodating up to six people.
Guests can also dive into a good a book in the library situated on the upper level of the property with views onto the garden and a very welcoming atmosphere created by the soft lighting and warm colours.
For even more entertainment options, just a short stroll from the property through the garden, lies the Orangerie, with a beautiful greenhouse drawing room and dining area. This is the ideal space to gather the whole family around the fireplace and relax on the cosy sofas. There is a home cinema screen, satellite TV, a large collection of movies and board games, as well as a fully-stocked bar at guests’ disposal.
Among some of the most charming features of this property are the polished–terracotta floors, high ceilings and antique furnishings. The dining area can host as many as 60 people, ideal for celebrating special occasions. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the entire room is beautifully decorated with antiques, family-portraits and Sicilian porcelain.
Going up a floor, guests can enjoy the Belvedere, the cosiest space of the house offering breath-taking views of Mount Etna and the surrounding valleys. The belvedere is ideal for relaxing, practicing yoga or painting the stunning scenery.
The property features two kitchens, where the fresh produce from the farm is prepared by the chefs into world-class gourmet dishes.
This luxurious villa rental boasts 10 bedrooms; eight beautifully-designed rooms are located in the main villa between the upper garden level and the ground garden level. All of them feature charming antique furniture and have access to the balconies, which open up to the garden. Additional guests may be accommodated on a “French” bed or mobile cots in the main villa.
The Old Boat House is equipped with two en-suite bedrooms, a convertible living room and a large veranda. Additional guests may be accommodated on a doble sofa bed or mobile cots in the guest house.
Being such a large property, villa Aranjaya can perfectly host business trips, weddings and any other special occasion.
NB: All food is exclusively procured by villa’s chef or gardener, or from trusted suppliers. To safeguard the strict standard of organic meals served on site, guests may not bring own meals or ingredients to the property.
