Villa Angela enjoys a prime lakefront location on the northwest shores of Lake Como. The property sleeps 12-14 guests and offers the perfect blend of privacy and convenience as it is just steps from the lakeside promenade and a public beach. The villa boasts its own private moorings and boat ramp, allowing guests direct access to the calm waters.

In the expansive private garden, guests can enjoy the luxury of a heated swimming pool, along with plenty of space for relaxing outdoors. Lining the pool are sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the rays whilst taking in the spectacular views, whilst the spacious ground floor patio features an outdoor dining setting, ideal for al fresco meals. Moreover, on the first floor there is a large furnished terrace, offering a space to enjoy a glass of wine as the sun goes down over the water, as well as furnished balconies off several bedrooms.

Indoors, the villa has been finished to the highest standards. The downstairs floors are covered with beautiful, antique floor tiles whilst the upstairs rooms feature aged chestnut floorboards. Guests can relax in the spacious ground floor lounge which boasts ample seating, a cosy fireplace, a well-stocked bookcase, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering lake views. The lounge also offers entertainment facilities including satellite TV, a DVD player and a sound system.

There is a second ground floor living room with lake views where guests can tickle the ivories on the elegant grand piano, whilst upstairs is yet another cosy living space leading on to the terrace.

Just off the main lounge is the formal dining room, also boasting fabulous vistas. This leads through to the expansive kitchen, which is fully-equipped with everything needed to cook up a delicious Italian feast. It also features a breakfast bar and table, perfect for casual meals.

Six of seven bedrooms can be set up as either double or twins and are spread throughout the ground and first floors of the villa. On the ground floor there is one double/twin room with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the garden, as well as a smaller double room with a separate bathroom; this room is just off the kitchen and best suited to staff or teens. On the first floor, are the remaining five double/twin bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and several with private balconies on which to relax and take in the views.

Behind the villa is a private parking area, allowing guests to explore the surrounding areas by car, though the nearest village is within walking distance, just 600 metres away.
