The main villa features a 15-metre infinity swimming pool. At one end of the pool, guests can soak up the rays on a poolside lounger; at the other, they can relax in the pergola-shaded outdoor lounge. A separate pergola covers the outdoor dining area, perfect for relaxed barbecues and al fresco meals.
On the other side of the villa is a sunny courtyard with a splendid olive tree as its centrepiece, accentuating the Mediterranean feel. A hidden open-air jacuzzi is tucked away beside the courtyard, offering a secret oasis.
The villa’s traditional architecture is complemented by a facade of bright white and natural stone. Indoors, well-appointed rooms perfectly combine relaxed island living and understated luxury, offering a true home-away-from-home feel.
The spacious living room and adjoining dining room are the heart of the home, designed for utmost comfort. The cosy mezzanine above offers a quiet corner for contemplation or catching up on a holiday read, and the well-appointed kitchen is equipped with all the modern conveniences needed to prepare delicious Greek feasts.
The main villa has three comfortable double bedrooms, all en-suite. Just behind it is an independent annexe with an additional bedroom, a kitchenette, and a living area.
For those seeking additional privacy, the smaller yet equally luxurious Satellite Villa is just 30 metres from the main villa. It boasts its own pool with counter-current jets, perfect for a refreshing swim, and shaded terraces, providing a haven of tranquillity and privacy for quiet relaxation.
Its two suites each comprise a double bedroom, a cosy living area and a kitchenette, all bathed in natural light.

About the area
The Thita Estate enjoys a secluded location in the Tzanes area of Paros. Set high up on the hills, it offers panoramic views of the Aegean, with the islands of Mykonos and Naxos visible on clear days. The nearest beaches are just 10 minutes from the property.
Although enjoying a peaceful location away from the crowds, the island capital Parikia and the charming fishing village of Naousa are both roughly half an hour’s drive away.
