The property features two stunning infinity pools on the beach edge, providing the perfect place to drink in the phenomenal ocean views. Whether guests wish to top up their tan, swim a few lengths, or socialise at the poolside, there is spacious decking with relaxing sun loungers and cosy love seats with sunshades. There is also a beautiful beach courtyard and four sun loungers directly on the sand.

This villa also boasts two al fresco dining areas either side of the courtyard for both formal and informal occasions, as well as a barbecue, perfect for either a quiet celebration, or a more lavish dinner party. Dining tables in both areas both seat up to ten guests.

Inside this two-storey residence, the ultra-luxe design is simply breath-taking. An immense air-conditioned living room features multiple seating areas, and an array of devices to keep guests entertained. From a 70-inch curved TV screen with satellite channels, surround sound and a DVD player, guests can curl up and enjoy the latest movie blockbuster together, complemented by the multi-zone Bose sound system. The palatial space is emphasised by the neutral colour scheme, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing light to flood through. There is also a large dining table comfortably seating up to 16, the perfect alternative to dining al fresco. The second floor features a huge open-sided living room with modular seating, a fan cooling system, a table tennis table, a pool table and gym equipment.

For avid chefs, there is a well-equipped, air-conditioned kitchen featuring a sit-up marble-topped counter, a range cooker, a double fridge, wine fridge, and a pro coffee maker. A second kitchen is also set up as an exclusive bar area with an extra-large wine fridge.

The eight well-appointed bedrooms are all decorated and furnished to the highest standard and with every luxury and comfort taken care of. Featuring not one, but two master suites, there is ample space for several couples/groups to share the residence and not sacrifice privacy or space. Each master suite boasts an incredible super-sized bed, facing the Indian ocean, via the glass fronted balcony. Guests can listen to the sounds of the waves lulling them into a restful slumber, from the calming cocoon of their luxury bed, ready for the picturesque sunrise the next morning. They also feature en-suite facilities with an ocean view bathtub, walk-in rain showers, and an al fresco shower courtyard.

The four guest rooms upstairs feature either a king or twin configuration (two of each), en suite facilities including statement bathtubs and a treetop balcony. The two garden level bedrooms both feature single beds and en-suite shower rooms.
