What was once a village flower market, has been transformed into the luxurious and beautifully-designed Masseria Antonio Augusto. The villa is located in the Salento area of Apulia, between the art city of Lecce and the sea of Porto Cesareo.
With nine luxurious bedrooms in the rustic but beautifully-renovated building, the villa can sleep up to 18 adults, plus seven children.
The outdoor space is dominated by a huge swimming pool, surrounded by palm trees and Mediterranean vegetation. Allowing adults to relax as the children enjoy the pool, there is a lifeguard on duty throughout the day.
Creating a social and relaxing atmosphere, the garden features multiple outdoor lounge and dining areas, from poolside sun loungers and luxurious day beds, to patio furniture and a large, shaded dining terrace.
After a long day exploring the beautiful region of Apulia, guests can enjoy pampering in the masseria’s private spa, which features an indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath and a treatment room with vertical massage shower.
Inside the villa, there are three living and dining areas, where the feeling of space and light is enhanced by the high, vaulted ceilings, hand-polished limestone walls, and travertine marble floors. Guests can relax in the comfortable living rooms or enjoy a sumptuous Italian feast at the custom-designed oak table in the dining room.
The feeling of luxury continues to the bedrooms, which all feature king-size beds, satellite TV, and spacious en-suite bathrooms. Several of the bedrooms also have single beds, perfect for families with children, and most rooms have direct garden access.

Masseria Antonio Augusto is located in Leverano, in the Salento area of Apulia, which lies between the art city of Lecce and the sea of Porto Cesareo. The town centre of Leverano is just over five minutes’ drive away and the nearest beaches are around 10 minutes from the property.
