Louiza Estate is an impressive property set into the foot of a sun-drenched cliff, overlooking the Ionian Sea. Comprising a luxury mansion and two deluxe smaller villas, Louiza Estate boasts the highest-end facilities and offers ultimate privacy and comfort. The estate is a certified organic farm producing an impressive variety of vegetables, fruits, herbs, olive oil, wine and honey in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature.
The Louiza Estate has ample plain grounds which make it an ideal location for multiple events, be they romantic weddings, corporate or wellness retreats. In addition, the estate has multiple facilities which make it a top choice for guests who wish to enjoy a private holiday with access to multiple sports and wellness activities. The most notable luxury facilities include a tennis court, a basketball court, a swimming pool, and also a mini football court. Guests also have the opportunity to enjoy horse riding within the estate.
The mansion is the main luxury villa comprising of seven bedrooms and several living areas, including a living room, a games’ room, as well as a wine cellar. This villa also boasts an indoor swimming pool, fully-equipped gym, and hammam facilities. Within its 1710 sq. metres of interior space, the mansion boasts one master bedroom with walk-in closets, independent living room, office space, and en-suite facilities; as well as six double bedrooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. Four of the six bedrooms have access to a smaller shared living room and kitchenette.
Only a few minutes away from the mansion are the two smaller luxury villas, Zakynthos and Kefalonia, ideal for guests who wish increased intimacy, or for support staff. Each villa boasts 90 sq. metres of interior space which comprises one bedroom with king-size bed, a living room, a kitchenette and two bathrooms. This outlay is the same in both villas. Additionally, each property has a terrace with garden view.
The estate has access to a long stretch of beach, with an area supplied with umbrellas and sunbed. The beach is only a few minutes’ walk away from the villas. Many guests prefer to ride a car to reach the beach due to the hill which separates the villas from the shoreline. However, after the short journey either by car or foot, guests can enjoy epic sunbathing caressed by the golden sun, sand, and the gentle breeze.

About the area
Louiza Estate is situated in mainland Greece, north-west of the Peloponnese region. Although it is located in a secluded region with maximum privacy, the estate is easily reachable from important airports, ports and towns.
While all relaxation and entertainment facilities are provided within the estate, if guests wish, they can explore the closest town of Kyllini, Kourouta, or Pyrgos. Kyllini is famous for its baths which are uses since the Roman times. For the adrenaline seekers, Pyrgos is the best choice, as it has the best waters for scuba diving. As the nights draws in, guests looking for dining and partying options, should head to Kourouta which hosts a number of bars, clubs and restaurants.
For unforgettable views from high above the sea level, guests can visit the Chlemoutsi Castle which remains almost intact although it was built in the early 1200s.
Also worth visiting is the Ancient Olympia, 30 minutes away from the estate. This is the place where the first Olympic games were held back in 776, and is now one of the world’s important archaeological site.
For guests who wish to wander beyond mainland, can embark on a yacht trip to the two famous islands, Zakynthos and Kefalonia.
