Perched on the cliffs of Pyrgos, Santorini, the breathtaking Kamini Estate is a haven for a luxury Greek Island escape with loved ones. Comprising four distinct private villas, this estate is a rare gem, perfect for larger groups of family and friends who value both togetherness and privacy.

The crown jewel of the estate is the Kamini Santorini villa, a visual masterpiece that can accommodate up to 10 guests in its five bedrooms. Its stone facade seamlessly merges with its hillside surroundings, creating a truly captivating sight. This villa is a unique blend of history and modern luxury, incorporating the two original limestone kilns—built by the owner’s family over 200 years ago—into its design.

A sprawling terrace spanning 10,000 square metres beckons guests to unwind and indulge. Here, guests can dive into a sparkling pool, lounge on day beds or laze in hammocks, all while enjoying spectacular views over the Aegean. Watch breathtaking sunsets from the shaded outdoor lounge area or enjoy relaxed barbecues in the outdoor dining space.

Indoors, white minimalist interiors with curved walls and bold accents of colour provide a beautiful contrast to the limestone exteriors. The main living room connects directly with the outdoor lounge area, allowing a seamless transition from outdoors to in. The larger of the two kilns has been beautifully transformed into a modern living room and kitchen. Moreover, there is a handy kitchenette in another of the villa’s living spaces and a second fully-equipped kitchen in the guest house.

Five en-suite bedrooms are spread across the main villa and its guest house, all boasting en-suite facilities.

Ideal for larger groups, the estate also includes four near-identical Kamini White Villas. Three sit around 40 metres below Kamini Santorini, and one stands alone on the hillside above. Each villa has a brilliant white facade with a vast sea-view terrace.

An infinity pool and heated Jacuzzi are accompanied by spacious outdoor living areas, including poolside sun loungers, a shaded outdoor lounge setting, and an al fresco dining table.

Indoors, a modern living room adjoins a dining area and fully-equipped kitchenette, all flooded with natural light.

One of the Kamini White Villas features two en-suite double bedrooms, while the other two have just one bedroom, ideal for couples seeking more privacy. The White villas also have a double sofa bed in the living room for up to two additional children in each.

With each villa offering its own private space yet easily accessible to the others, the Kamini Estate is perfect for families or groups of friends travelling together and seeking a mix of private and communal areas.
