The Ionian Stone Estate in Corfu comprises two stunning luxury villas – Villa Aether and Villa Ode within a luxury gated complex. These villas, with their unique blend of modern luxury and traditional Greek architecture, are almost mirror images of one another. They can accommodate up to 16 guests combined, making them perfect for families and friends looking for a mix of privacy and shared social spaces.
Perched on the slopes of Vasilika, a quaint village in Corfu’s north, the property is enveloped by serene olive groves, instilling a profound sense of tranquillity and harmony with nature. The villas, designed with a strong focus on sustainability, use eco-friendly materials – wood, stone, and organic fibres – and adopt minimalist local styles to seamlessly blend with their natural surroundings.
Each villa features an expansive terrace with a large swimming pool lined with sun loungers ideal for topping up a tan post-swim. Each also has a bubbling Jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing with an aperitif as the sun sets.
Pergola-shaded lounges allow guests to enjoy outdoor living, while the outdoor kitchens and dining areas are perfect for al fresco meals and relaxed barbecues. For those keeping up with their fitness, each villa has an array of outdoor gym equipment for a workout with a view!
Each villa is set across two floors and offers a minimalist yet chic living area on the ground floor. This open-plan lounge and dining space features beautiful stone walls that cool the space naturally and glass doors that open onto the terraces, allowing fresh breezes and sunshine to flow through. Adjoining the lounge area is a cosy yet well-equipped kitchen for preparing delicious Greek meals.
The villas sleep up to eight guests in four bedrooms, plus there are sofa beds for up to four additional guests available on request. All bedrooms boast en-suite or private facilities and access to the terrace or a balcony with beautiful sea views.
