This luxury villa sits beside a 16th-century church by Palladio and a 15th-century bell tower by Mauro Codussi. It enjoys a privileged waterfront location with two private docks, allowing guests easy boat access to the city centre. Moreover, the pretty San Marco Square is a short walk away.
The house also boasts a private roof terrace with spectacular city views. It provides the perfect place to enjoy sunset drinks or a memorable evening meal.
On the ground floor, guests can enjoy al fresco dining in the pretty garden or the converted former boat shed.
Indoors, this luxury home showcases a perfect combination of traditional Venetian and modern design elements. The building sits over four floors, totalling around 10,000 square feet.
The ground floor features a spacious room with vaulted ceilings, ideal for indoor dining for up to 50 guests, conferences and meetings, music concerts and more. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open up to the landing stage on the canal. There are also two kitchens – the main kitchen and a smaller kitchen ideal for serving casual meals or drinks.
The first floor has a spacious living room and a cosier study, an elegant dining room, and the property’s third kitchen. Doors open out to another terrace overlooking the garden.
Finally, another large living room in the loft offers direct access to the panoramic roof terrace.
Six beautiful en-suite bedrooms are set across the first and second floors, sleeping up to 13 guests.
