Apartment Piazza di Spagna 9 is a beautifully-designed residence in the heart of Rome, sleeping up to 12 guests.
However, it is not your standard luxury apartment; is also an art and design gallery with regularly-changing contemporary artworks throughout for guests to enjoy. Since 2014, the project has perfectly combined art, design, craftsmanship and fashion. Guests can admire the artworks and even purchase their favourite pieces.
The privileged location of the apartment offers stunning views over The Spanish Steps and the famous Piazza di Spagna, one of the city’s most beautiful squares. Several rooms boast balconies where guests can truly enjoy the stunning surrounds.
The heart of the residence is the spacious lounge room with plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing in after a day of exploring the city sights. Adjoining the lounge is an elegant dining room, perfect for enjoying dinner parties and meals prepared in the small but functional kitchen.
On the third floor guests will find six well-appointed and unique bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. There are two deluxe suites – one of which has a private balcony – and four Junior Suites, each with a lounge area and stunning views.
This floor is also home to the property’s spa and wellness area with a Jacuzzi bathtub and a Turkish steam bath, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation.
