Villa Case Crete is a large farmhouse with a unique design composed of six bedrooms and two annexes sleeping an additional six guests. In total, the whole property sleeps up to 18 guests.
Located in the beautiful Siena area, this old rental farmhouse with extensive outdoor areas has all the modern amenities for guests to enjoy their holiday in the Tuscan countryside. In the garden, there is a heated swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and a large paved patio that surrounds the whole house.
The pergola is perfect for al fresco dining. What better way to end a day than relaxing in the Tuscan evening heat with a glass of wine in hand, no doubt sourced from the surrounding vineyards, and a beautiful Italian-style meal?
Guests will fall in love with the lovely interior decoration and the warm atmosphere of the house. On the ground floor, there are four living rooms, two with a fireplace and access to the large patio surrounding the villa. The dining room also opens out to the patio and there is a fully-equipped modern kitchen.
The first floor is accessed by a double external stone staircase. The first staircase leads up to a double bedroom while the second staircase leads to a living room with a TV, a fireplace and three double bedrooms.
In addition to the main property, two annexes include three further double/twin bedrooms, each with a private bathroom area. There is also a bar, a kitchenette and fitness facilities.

About the area
Villa Case Crete is located in Val d’Orcia, a welcoming region with hills outlined by endless rows of cypress trees, majestic castles, thermal spa towns and tiny medieval villages. Just a short drive from the villa lies Chianciano Terme, a renowned thermal spa town which dates back to Roman times.
The hilltop village of Montalcino is home to the famous Brunello di Montalcino. It is covered by vineyards and at its centre, visitors find signature examples of medieval architecture such as the Palazzo dei Priori and the wonderful Rocca fortress.
Pienza, not far from the estate, has been declared “Heritage of Mankind” by UNESCO and is considered to be the “symbol city” of the Italian Renaissance. It is also famous for its wonderful pecorino cheese.
Montepulciano, in this same area, is another charming village known as the pearl of the 16th century. It is famous for the production of wines such as Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.
