Split over two levels with breath-taking views, this child friendly villa features an incredible outdoor area, with ample gardens, terraces and two private pools, as well as a yoga platform and spacious outdoor kitchen area. The crystalline waters of the swimming pool will provide refreshing respite from the Spanish sunshine, whilst enabling guests to relax in style and top of their tan. For guests wishing to remain active, there is the benefit of a shaded yoga platform, or a fully equipped fitness room, to maintain guests’ fitness regime. The sprawling gardens and access to the beach at Cala Oliviera provide a delightful opportunity to walk and explore, or additionally, the local golf course is close by for a quick game, before returning to the air-conditioned villa to relax, and enjoy the facilities.

About the area
Villa Casa India is located on the island of Ibiza in Spain’s Balearics. So full of contrasts, this popular island is the perfect destination for everyone, from beach holidays, to mountain retreats, with rocky bays, and plentiful lemon trees and olive groves there is something for everyone.
A plethora of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops are available in Ibiza town, just a 10-minute drive away.
There is a small beach within the development, Cala Olivera, but the villa is also close to the well-known Sol Dén Serra and Cala Llonga beaches.
Additionally, there are plenty of other popular beaches within easy reach too: Talamanca, Figueretas, Playa Dén Bossa, Es Codolar, Cala Jondal and Cala Llonga – all are within 15-20 minutes’ drive from the villa.
