Villa Adinolfi – Lake Annone

Villa Adinolfi is an elegant property located in the beautiful scenery of Lake Annone, surrounded by the Lecco Mountains. With Lake Como around an hour’s drive away, the villa is ideally suited for guests who wish to explore Lake Como, yet also want to enjoy the exclusivity of a private villa in a less crowded place.

Surrounded by a beautifully-maintained garden, the villa’s privacy is guaranteed, and guests have the opportunity to spend a relaxing holiday in complete tranquillity and surrounded by beautiful views of the lake, the mountains and centenary plants.

Some of the outstanding outdoor facilities of this villa include a large a large swimming pool, made of quartzite, which at night lights up creating a magical atmosphere, and a Jacuzzi with its own small waterfall. For convenience there is also a changing room, a service room and outdoor showers.

The park in itself is a big draw and offers a mesmerising colour display as the seasons come and go, in addition to a beautiful rose garden which explodes each May into a rosebush of a myriad of vibrantly coloured roses. On the lake’s shores there is a small pebble beach where guests can relax.

The main villa is built over three stories, and features nine spacious bedrooms. The interior of the villa boasts elegant décor, with rooms on one side offering views of the lake, and rooms on the other offering views of the park.

On the ground floor there is a large traditional kitchen that’s linked to the dining room, which enjoy views of the lake. The living room is adorned with an original fireplace and also boasts stunning lake views.

On the top floor, there is a games room to keep guests of all ages entertained. The room features a pool table, ping pong table, and table football.

Separated from the main villa by a driveway across the park is the two-storey restores stable which features a fully-equipped kitchen with a big wood oven and chimney on the ground floor, and a large space on the first floor showcasing the villa’s original wooden beams and large windows that offer lake views.
