Villa Spinaltermine

Villa Spinaltermine is located on a private estate near the border of Umbria and Tuscany. With a south-westerly outlook, it is one of the estate’s most secluded and tranquil properties and is accessed via a private road.

Simple gardens, terraced lawns, wild oaks, rosemary beds and olive trees surround the property and magnificently complement the stunning views over Umbrian hills. The jewel of the expansive gardens is the large infinity swimming pool, lined with sun loungers and umbrellas. Beside the pool is a pool house with a covered lounge area, an outdoor kitchen, along with a pool changing room.

Across the grounds are several more outdoor living and dining areas, making the most of the surrounding views.

The interiors boast original features such as exposed pale timber beams, simple stone walls and brickwork lintel; combined with bespoke furnishings, an elegant and stylish rural home has been created.

Guests can relax in the spacious living and dining room, or cosy up with a film in the library. There’s also a fully-equipped kitchen with a wine fridge and breakfast bar, perfect for cooking up tasty feasts.

There are four well-appointed bedrooms in the main house and one in a separate guest house. On the first floor of the main house are two double bedrooms with en-suite facilities, as well as a twin bedroom with a shower room on the ground floor. The second floor houses the master suite, which is comprised of a spacious double bedroom, a separate dressing room, and a large en-suite bathroom.

The guest house comprises a double bedroom and an en-suite shower room, and boasts a private terrace with spectacular views.
