The luxury Villa Margherita part of the uber-exclusive Forte Village is one of the most sought-after properties in Sardinia. Immersed in superb Italian vegetation and offering glimpses of the infinite sea, this property is every family’s dream holiday villa.

The villa is situated in the highest part of the resort and features a private pool and garden. A tremendously elegant 300 square-metre residence, this villa boasts four bedrooms, five bathrooms with walk-in wardrobes, bathtubs and showers, plus a remarkable living area which features a lounge, dining room and kitchen.

The villa was built in accordance with innovative sustainable architectural guidelines and features wood flooring and ceiling beams as well as local materials, such as white marble of Orosei to travertine marble. The colour scheme is relaxed and inviting, featuring pale colours in pastel shades reflecting Sardinia’s rejuvenating energy.
