Thus, this dream villa is ideal for a group of sun and spa seekers who are looking to spend a laid-back holiday in the sun.
The property has a sea front location, boasting an impeccably landscaped garden and an L-shaped swimming pool, which are complemented by uninterrupted views of the vast expanse of azure waters. The swimming pool is surrounded by a wooden deck with sun loungers and thick lawn ideal for barefoot walking. Additionally, this property has an al-fresco dining area. Guest will also enjoy the private beach access, which is literally a few steps away from the villa.
While the outdoor décor is minimalist and non-interfering with the beautiful surrounding of the sea, the interior of the property is outstandingly sophisticated. Designed by Jean Pierre Martel, Pereza features expensive Greek marble throughout set against the natural tones of the walls, furnishings, and accessories.
The indoor living environment comprises an open plan living and dining area with premium furnishings, as well as a kitchen equipped with the latest facilities.
