Situated along the coast in the private and secluded area of Lozica, 10 minutes’ drive from Dubrovnik’s Old Town, villa Casa del Mare affords some of the most stunning views and sunsets which can be admired from the infinity pool.
The privileged location right by the Adriatic Sea means that guests can reach the area by yacht and they are closely situated to Elaphites, Mljet, Korčula and Pelješac.
Descending the stairs all the way to the sea, guests will reach the stone-lined pier where they can relax on the lounge chairs.
The terraces boast many areas for taking in the sun or sipping a glass of champagne while dining al fresco.
The interior design combines powerful artworks with the ultimate modern amenities and bold coloured furnishings. The rooms are spacious and filled with light due to the oversized windows, which let guests take in some of the most spectacular views of Daksa Island, tiny Grebeni rocks and the turquoise Adriatic Sea.
Each of the decorative details has been carefully chosen, from the Swarovski chandeliers and Persian rugs, to the modern paintings and sculptures. The atmosphere created is very welcoming, yet stylish and sophisticated.
The spacious living area boasts plenty of sofas to gather the whole family, while the open-plan dining and kitchen area can seat up to 12 guests who can indulge in the Adriatic delights whilst admiring the scenery. Following the stairs, guests will reach the open-plan office area and the well-equipped fitness room to keep up their training routine.
Each of the luxuriously-appointed bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests has its own unique style. Three bedrooms are situated on the west side, whilst the other two are more secluded being on the east side and may be suitable for teenagers or staff. There is also a pull-out sofa for two extra guests if required.
The bathrooms are as unique as the rest of the house, featuring marble floors such as the Travertino Giallo type sourced from an altitude of 4000 meters in South America.
Casa del Mare is the perfect villa for families with children, or groups of friends who want to enjoy tranquillity and privacy by the sea.
