Across the island are four separate luxury villa estates – The Oasis, The Point, Cape Stout, and The Village – each with private pools, spacious living areas, spectacular views, and dedicated teams of staff. The island is bookable as a whole for up to 70 adults and 18 children (plus sofa beds), or each estate may be booked individually for a more intimate experience.
The Oasis sleeps up to 26 guests in 13 suites (plus up to 11 additional children on sofa beds). The island’s highest estate, it is ideal for multi-generational family holidays and corporate retreats. Its top features include an elegant rooftop bar with 360° views, an infinity pool with in-pool loungers and a swim-up bar, a bubbling Jacuzzi, a private gym with Peleton equipment, and a vegetarian chef.
The Point sleeps up to 24 guests in eight suites (plus up to eight additional children on sofa beds). It offers direct beach access and is perfect for intimate group getaways. Its top features include a 180-foot infinity pool with an in-pool bonfire and sun loungers, a games room, a kids’ bunk room, and a Caribbean chef.
Cape Stout sleeps up to 24 guests in eight suites (plus up to 10 additional children on sofa beds). Ideal for active groups and outdoor enthusiasts, the villa has access to a captained 42-foot power boat and a host of water sports equipment. It offers four pools and three Jacuzzis, a basketball half-court with an outdoor theatre, a private yoga deck, and exclusive access to stunning Honeymoon Beach.
Finally, The Village sleeps up to 18 guests in nine suites (plus up to six children on sofa beds). It is ideal for parties and celebrations with its club-level entertainment systems, including a DJ booth, impressive lighting, and a soundproof cinema. The estate also features a tiered infinity pool with a pool grotto, a hot tub and a bubbling rooftop Jacuzzi, a waterslide, a sunken firepit, a private wine cellar, and easy access to the island’s stunning nature trails.
Moreover, guests in all estates can enjoy the island’s luxurious shared amenities, which include two tennis courts, a range of hiking trails, a boat dock, and a helipad. About the area
Moskito Island is located on the west side of Gorda Sound in the British Virgin Islands. Its idyllic location offers breathtaking views of the crystal-clear Caribbean Sea and surrounding islands, including Virgin Gorda and Richard Branson’s Necker Island.
Most parts of the island are easily accessible with a five-minute golf cart ride. Despite each estate offering privacy and seclusion, they are just two minutes away from each other by golf cart, ensuring a comfortable and convenient travel experience for guests.
The stunning Saba Rock is a short boat ride away, offering a perfect spot for snorkelling and diving. The vibrant coral reefs, teeming with marine life, are also within easy reach.
