The Point Luxury Villa, located in Costa Rica’s Guanacaste province, is a uniquely designed villa with stunning ocean views from every room.
Palm trees flank the front of the villa, which leads through to an open-concept entranceway, with sunlight flooding in from every angle. At the back of the villa, guests will find incredible ocean views that surround the property’s peninsula.
Expansive terrace space allows plenty of room to enjoy the sunshine alongside the large infinity pool. Guests can also sit under the covered terrace connected to the main house or enjoy a cocktail on the palm-thatched beachside gazebo.
Beside the pool area is a private golf green, ideal for those wanting to practise their swing. This space also doubles as a helicopter landing site for guests arriving in true style, or enjoying a scenic tour during their day.
Inside, the living room offers a great space to relax, as it opens up almost entirely to the terrace, letting guests enjoy the seamless merging of indoor and outdoor living. The state-of-the-art kitchen allows for fantastic meals created by the villa’s private chef to be enjoyed at the custom-made Guanacaste wooden dining table with wall-to-wall glass doors on three sides, guaranteeing every guest a meal with a view.
Most of the seven en-suite bedrooms have ocean views, with the master bedroom suite boasting an expansive private terrace with 180° sunset views. It also features a hand-carved four-poster bed and an additional seating area for moments of private relaxation. Its bathroom features a freestanding bathtub in front of a truly unique dual vanity carved from the trunk of a mango tree, the branches of which reach into the large walk-in shower to hold up the luxury shower head.
Four of the other bedrooms within the main villa include a private terrace or balcony, while the fifth room is perfectly set up for younger guests with a twin bed and bunk beds, plus an enormous picture window out to the ocean. The final seventh bedroom sits in its own separate guest house closer to the pool for those seeking an extra level of peace and seclusion.
For more active guests, there is a fully equipped gym within the villa, or walk down to Tamarindo beach for a swim, go on a kayaking adventure, grab some golf clubs for a round at the nearby course, or for experienced surfers, the waves at Langosta beach are perfect.

About the area
The Point Luxury Villa is located right on the point of Guanacaste Province in Costa Rica, ideally set between the iconic beaches of Tamarindo and Langosta.
Tamarindo offers a vibrant, bustling atmosphere with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. It’s perfect for enjoying the beach, grabbing a bite to eat, and watching the sunset with a cocktail from one of the beachfront bars in hand.
For a more relaxed day out, Langosta Beach offers a serene, sometimes deserted stretch of sand. While the water is only suitable for more experienced surfers, the tidal pools are great for paddling, and the beach is perfect for a peaceful stroll. The town itself is easy to explore on foot or by golf buggy.
