From its stunning waterfront location, Villa Marzia offers exceptional views of sandy beaches, crystal clear waters and lush greenery. Hosting up to 17 guests, the villa features well-maintained gardens with a heated swimming pool, and spacious outdoor living areas perfect for al fresco dining, or for hosting family celebrations, corporate retreats, or even an intimate wedding.
The bright interiors are warm and inviting, whilst offering an open, airy feel due to the natural light flooding in from the patio doors. There are plenty of seating areas to choose from depending on your mood, enjoying the views or the water fountain. Guests can make the most of a fully-equipped kitchen, hosting opulent dinner parties and enjoying authentic Italian cuisine.
The nine double bedrooms – eight in the main villa and one in a separate guest cottage – are all well-appointed and feature sweeping views across the bay. The large windows allow for ample natural light and make for perfect viewing of stunning sunrises. Five rooms feature en-suite facilities with the remaining four sharing a bathroom between two. Additionally, there is a sauna near the master bedroom.
