Emara is a luxury two-villa estate on the secluded Turtle Tail peninsula of Providenciales in Turks and Caicos. Formerly owned by music legend Prince, it’s a one-of-a-kind luxury destination for multi-generational holidays, special celebrations, or deluxe corporate retreats.
Set on an expansive, gated plot of eight acres, its two luxury villas – Emara East and Emara West – are surrounded by lush gardens that stretch all the way down to a private white-sand beach. Decked out with sun loungers, shady huts, and outdoor games, the beach is the perfect place to soak up the sun or swim, snorkel and kayak through crystal-clear waters.
Each villa boasts its own stunning infinity pool with ocean views. Guests can relax on in-pool day beds or dry off on poolside sun loungers. Across the villas’ sprawling grounds, there are plenty of outdoor living areas where guests can relax in the sun or enjoy al fresco meals. From private balconies and cosy fire pits for quieter moments of contemplation to vast dining terraces for large, sociable meals, there is a space for every occasion.
Behind the villas, a private tennis court in Prince’s signature purple awaits! There is also the property’s original purple driveway, and a marina with a 200-foot boat dock for anchoring a private yacht, chartered boats or jet skis.
The gardens are a playground for guests of all ages, offering a plethora of games and facilities. From basketball and giant chess to table football and pool to a treehouse and sandpit, there’s something for everyone.
The individual villas span over 10,000 square feet each, offering plenty of space for relaxation and socialisation. Each offers spacious living and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, Emara East offers a games room with a purple pool table, a bar, and a watch tower with spectacular views. Emara West features a gym, an outdoor bar, and an oceanside lounge with a fire pit.
In another playful nod to the former owner, each of the villas’ 17 bedrooms is named after a Prince hit, including the iconic Purple Rain and When Doves Cry, adding a touch of whimsy to the luxurious setting. Emara East features eight king-size rooms with en-suite facilities, while Emara West offers seven king-size rooms with en-suite facilities and two queen-size rooms with a shared bathroom.

Emara Estate is located on the beautiful Turtle Tail peninsula of Providenciales in Turks & Caicos. The peninsular is largely separated from the mainland by the scenic Flamingo Lake and Juba Sound.
The estate features direct access to the surrounding turquoise waters with a private white-sand beach and a marina. However, the renowned Grace Bay and Long Bay beaches are just a short drive or boat ride away. Grace Bay’s calm, clear waters are perfect for snorkelling, paddleboarding, and parasailing, while Long Bay is perfect for horse riding through the shallows.
