Flanked by sand dunes and mountains, the villa is protected from the wind and enjoys a picturesque setting amongst sand lilies, pines, and cider trees. Guests can wander down to the beach to take a dip in the warm Mediterranean waters or relax on the sand beneath the shade of a pergola.
The villa’s outdoor space spans an impressive 650 square metres, providing ample opportunities for both socialising and moments of peaceful solitude.
The main terrace is home to a 22-metre infinity pool, ideal for swimming laps or simply relaxing and taking in the sea views before drying off on a poolside sun lounger. This sprawling terrace offers multiple outdoor living areas, including a poolside lounge, an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area, and pergola-shaded al fresco dining tables.
Above the villa, a hilltop pergola beside the Chapel of Saint Demetrios offers 360-degree views, making it the perfect setting for a destination wedding or memorable special event. A bar area with a traditional Cretan brick oven is ideal for wine and olive oil tastings or cooking classes in spectacular surroundings.
The indoor spaces are warm and welcoming, with natural colours, stone, and wood elements throughout. The living room offers a bright and airy space to socialise, with its floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool and sparkling sea beyond.
