Lying just outside of Cisternino in Apulia, Villa Dusenszky Vitale is a beautiful luxury property flanked by verdant countryside. It features modern architecture that remains respectful of its surroundings, and is the ideal base for a luxury villa holiday with loved ones.
Initially the site of a humble farmhouse in the 18th century, the modern villa lies amongst sprawling grounds dotted with centuries-old olive trees. An infinity pool, its curved edges mirroring the landscape, offers a refreshing escape from the Mediterranean sun. The grounds also feature a tennis court that doubles as a football pitch, perfect for active guests.
Various terraces, patios and gardens are strategically arranged at different levels, seamlessly blending with the rolling landscape. From poolside loungers to a shady pool house with a barbecue area to sunny terraces, the property offers plenty of spaces to relax and socialise outdoors.
With three separate buildings, this architecturally stunning villa offers the perfect blend of communal spaces and peaceful rooms for moments of quiet and solitude. The interiors are beautifully decorated with unique modern artworks and intriguing decorative pieces, each with their own story to tell.
A dedicated dining building is perfect for enjoying delicious meals with loved ones. It features an elegant dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a basement wine cellar, and a spacious roof terrace.
Five of the villa’s nine en-suite bedrooms are located within its main building, the Historic Villa. The ground floor hosts a large lounge and study, another fully-equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms. The first floor is home to the master bedroom, which has an adjoining private living room with twin sofa beds, perfect for those travelling with children. The fourth bedroom is a cosy double on the basement level.
The remaining five bedrooms are in a separate guest house. The top floor features a sprawling living room with large sofas, a beautiful piano, and eclectic decor. There is also a third kitchen and two more double bedrooms. On its lower floor, the guest house comprises a cosy sitting room with plush sofas around a fireplace, a separate TV room, and three beautiful bedrooms with access to the garden.
Perfect for those seeking the ultimate in relaxation, the villa also boasts a private spa in the guest house basement, which features a heated indoor pool and a hammam.
